# Photo Release and Consent

Photo Release: I hereby authorize Twrl LLC to use photograph(s) of my likeness in any and all promotional and advertising media that they may deem proper, including, but not limited to: education, publications, promotion, advertising, trade, news media and World Wide Web materials or any other lawful purpose; to alter the same without restriction; and to use my name in connection therewith if they so choose. I hereby relinquish all rights, title, and interest I may have in the finished product or advertising copy that may be used in connection therewith, and waive all rights to payment or compensation therefore. By signing below, I certify I have read this document and fully understand its content. I am aware that this is a release of liability and a contract and I sign it of my own free will.
