Directions - Boba Mochi Waffle
🧇 Mochi Waffles ( Makes 3–4 waffles) - Mix 1⅓ cups mix, 1 egg, ¾ cup milk, 2 tbsp oil or melted butter, and 1 packet boba.
- Pour batter into a hot waffle iron and cook until crispy and golden (3–4 minutes).
🥞 Mochi Pancakes ( Makes 5–7 pancakes) - Mix 1⅓ cups mix, 1 egg, ¾ cup milk, 1 tbsp oil or melted butter, and 1 packet boba.
- Scoop ¼ cup batter onto a hot pan. Cook until bubbly, flip, and finish until golden.
Mochi Muffins
Makes 4 large or 16–18 mini muffins Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix 1½ cups mix, 2 eggs, ⅔ cup milk, 3 tbsp melted butter, and 1 packet boba.
Fill muffin tin, add 2–3 boba pieces on top, and bake 16–20 minutes.
Optional: add 2–3 tbsp sugar for extra sweetness.
